Harm Reduction The Harm Reduction Team provides outreach services to vulnerable people not in touch with treatment services across North Wales. They offer needle syringe exchange and advice on safer sex and hepatitis C from a mobile unit which travels across Wrexham, Flintshire, Denbighshire and Conwy and from 2007 Gwynedd and Anglesey as well. The aim is to target drug users not currently in touch with existing services, and other people deemed to be ’at risk’ in terms of starting to use drugs, or from contracting or spreading serious disease.
